3. Accounts

  • Some features, such as saving practice test progress, need an account.
  • Accounts must be created by a parent or guardian, or by a student aged 18 or over. Children may use the Site with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian.
  • Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping or copying content in bulk, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Free and paid services

Our practice tests and guides are currently free. If we introduce paid products, their price and terms will be shown before you buy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site. Where liability can’t be excluded, it is limited to resupplying the service or the cost of resupplying it. NAPLAN results depend on many factors, and we make no promise about any result.
